OURTIME Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between OURTIME (the “Service”) and users regarding schedule management, group features, feed records (text, photos, videos), and subscription billing.

Article 2 (Service Content)

The Service provides the following features:

• Personal schedule management
• Family and group schedule sharing
• Feed records (text, photo, and video) upload, viewing, and sharing
• Upload/download quality by plan (free/subscription)
• Subscription payment and cancellation scheduling

To maintain service quality and stability, we may update features, storage policies, and delivery methods (including optimized file generation), with prior notice for material changes.

Article 3 (Accounts and Subscription Billing)

• The Service is available via Google account login.
• Users are responsible for keeping account information accurate and for account security.
• Subscriptions are recurring billing products and may renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled.
• If cancellation is requested, billing stops from the next billing date, and subscription benefits remain available until the current period ends.

Article 4 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following:

• Stealing or unauthorized use of another person’s account
• Interfering with the operation of the Service
• Posting content that violates laws or public order
• Infringing third-party rights (copyright, portrait rights, privacy, etc.)
• Bypassing allowed storage limits or upload restrictions

Article 5 (Content Rights and Responsibility)

• Users are responsible for all content they upload, including schedules, posts, photos, and videos.
• Users must hold lawful rights to uploaded content and are responsible for any related disputes.
• To provide the Service, we may store, reproduce, transmit, display, and optimize content (including transcoding/resizing) as necessary.
• Subscriber original storage is limited to 50GB. Optimized-quality files are excluded from original-storage usage.
• Depending on plan policy, upload/download may be provided in original or optimized quality.

Article 6 (Limitation or Suspension of Service)

We may limit or suspend all or part of the Service due to maintenance, failures, traffic overload, third-party outages, or policy violation response.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

• We are not liable for damages caused by user fault, telecom/platform issues, force majeure, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
• We do not guarantee the legality, accuracy, or completeness of user-uploaded content.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability may be limited for features provided free of charge.

Article 8 (Changes to the Terms)

We may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by law. Material changes will be announced in advance through in-service notices or equivalent methods.
